Landowner responsibilities in brief
It is important that landowners understand their responsibilities towards the public. STS are on hand to advise.
Landowners have a duty of care to ensure that trees on their land do not pose a threat to the public. STS Contractors can provide free advice on what action to take. We also offer a comprehensive consultancy service allowing us to deliver written reports detailing the problems and evaluating the risks.
STS can also advise clients on hedge and tree disputes. If a tree needs to be felled, STS can undertake a Tree Preservation Order check.
Left — a tree we were called out to in calm weather. Luckily, in this case no one was injured.
